Shipping Information

We currently ship to Denmark and all EU countries.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days if the item is in stock.
As we are a small 3D printing workshop, items that need to be printed to order will require 4–10 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Times

  • Denmark: 2–4 business days after dispatch
  • European Union (EU): 5–7 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier performance and destination.

Shipping Providers and Tracking

All orders are shipped via PostNord or GLS.
Tracking is included with every shipment, and a tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first using your tracking number.
If the issue is not resolved, contact us and we will assist in arranging compensation or, if possible, sending a replacement item.


Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return in accordance with the policy below.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Used or damaged items cannot be returned.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
This window ensures customers always have the opportunity to request a return after the delivery timeframe has passed.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us via email before sending any items back.
You must receive prior authorization before returning your order.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost during return shipping.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds: Processed within up to 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
  • Exchanges: Processed within up to 10 business days after we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Non-returnable Items

At this time, we do not have any non-returnable product categories.
If this changes, such items will be clearly indicated on their product pages.
